This is a small modern house that I build on a request for a user at carl's sims 3 forum and realesed it on her birthday, I used gray as the main color, it has a small study wiht computer and Bookshelf's, if you want you can add more, there is a personal gym, a patio area with pool and hottub, and a spacious bedroom with personal bathroom
