Description:
A small laundromat I build on a 30x30 lot, which fits perfectly in sunset valley, equipped with both cheap and expansive washers, and a little rest area to spend time while waiting for it to finish, light blue colors, and a nice little entrance, Also you can find a little "cashing area" where you can leave and pick up clothes (it's just a simulation) enjoy it while waiting for the next lots to come out :)
