This is a small version of the "Relaxing Pool" I build, with some changes to fit into Sunsetvalley , find it available with 2 colors , dark brown and cool beige, it can fit into 2 places in Sunsetvalley, Don't know about the other towns yet, it has a nicely shaped pool, lounge chairs, Adult and kids area, and finally a buffet table and grills

Lot Size: 30x28 (30x30) , I have originally built it in the littlesharks pool spot, wich explains the weird size, can also fit perfectly into a 30x30 lot
